If there IS a mythical sky father out there, I'm pretty sure he has more important things to think about than what political party someone votes for.

Why was Japan 'the perfect storm', as opposed to Katrina, or, OH SAY, the Christmas Day Tsunami? Or is 'the perfect storm' the one that happens in the year with the 'perfect storm' gematria, no matter its actual relative importance in the world?

In the dark hours before dawn, the youth begin to collect. The ground that was dry before now sparkles as far as the eye can see.

Sounds like the "Twilight" vampire movies.

With a name like that, there's absolutely no way they're a bunch of self-important nutcases.

Many prophets around the world believe that the United States must make a major shift toward reformation in 2012 and that it will be a “do-or-die” year for the country to be re-established on the course of becoming the “city set on a hill” envisioned by our Founders.

Again?! I thought 2004 was the do or die year. And 2008. And 2000. And 1996. And...

Everytime I hear something like this the warning about false prophets from the Revelation of St John immediately springs to mind...

I'll bet one reason why they brought up the Japanese tsunami and the following catastrophe is because Shintoism, not Christianity, is the dominant religion in Japan. These nutjobs don't give two shits about what happens to people halfway across the world, especially if they pray to the wrong god/s, except to use them as an example of what happens to non-believers.

G-d had to show those godless heathens what for, right?

Many pastors will throw off the bondages of political correctness and find their voice. Preachers will thunder from the pulpits and not compromise scripture.

You may not compromise scripture but I'm betting you're not willing to compromise your tax exempt status. Which would be fine and dandy with me. If you want to actively participate in government start by paying your taxes!

Makes sense, but the 2004 tsunami mostly hit non-Christians, and it was a lot more devastating.

Shake, shake, shake
Shake, shake, shake
Shake your booty
Shake your booty

-- A prophetic song about the coming disaster in Europe. The booty part obviously refers to Italy. It's all becoming clear to me now.
